At FootJoy Store, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction with our golf equipment as we do in crafting our premium products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most products, with the following exceptions:

  • Golf Clubmaking Kits – Due to hygiene reasons, once opened
  • Golf Grip Kits – If the packaging has been opened
  • Clearance items – Marked as final sale

Note: All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Dear FootJoy Store Team,

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number].

Product Name: [Product Name]

Reason for Return/Exchange: [Please specify]

For exchanges, please indicate the preferred replacement item: [Item Name/SKU if known]

I confirm the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Please include this RAN clearly on your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (which we work hard to prevent with our quality golf components):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect in your email
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
  • Expedited replacement shipping at no cost to you

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding certain Asian and remote regions where we don’t ship):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
